This is a 3 star Hotel with 5 star services which next time when my husband and I come back to Luodong, Yilan will definitely go back to stay here. The Hotel has transportation to pick you up and drop you off at major train and bus stations. The rooms are very clean and quiet, the views are very beautiful. The breakfast Buffet is very traditionally delicious with Taiwanese and Western styles. You don't need coins to do your laundries in the basement.

Very spacious room. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Front desk was very professional and pleasant. Fantastic breakfast.

Jiuwu staff were helpful and polite. The room had good amenities including comfortable beds, a fridge, a wardrobe, a kettle, bath/shower with good water pressure and temperature. The service was great and they cleaned the room every day. Free bottled water, tea, coffee and biscuits provided fresh each day as well.

The very good customer service. In the office and kitchen.

Provides free pickup from the train station.

Bugs or something not good for baby skin. Not recommend stay here with little baby.

Okay only, the hotel is old , the smell is not comfortable. However, the hotel location is good for people taking bus to interesting places.

THEIR TAIWANESE BREAKFAST HAS SHOWN THE TASTE OF YINAN, TAIWAN. THE DAILY COOKED FRESH VEGETABLES HAVE MANY VARIETIES AND VERY DELICIOUS. THE SMOKED DUCK IS THE SPECIFIC TASTE IN YINAN, TRY WITH LOCAL RICE CONGEE WITH TAIWANESE SIDE DISHES. THAT IS THE REAL TAIWANESE STYLE.

We stay there with our 6-months boy. It is a great hotel for travelling with baby. Baby bad, baby tub, and sterilizer are ready for us and offered free. The breakfast is alright.

The hotel lobby is nicely decorated but the rooms really upgarde, the carpet are dirty. Still use traditional key for the room. Only one key even with two guests.

This hotel has two remote parking lot, both are outdoor parking, the one closer to the hotel has limited parking spaces, the other has to walk cross the main street and walk about 200 yards to get back to hotel. The day we stayed in this hotel was raining and we arrived pretty late at around 10p.m. kids were already slept in the car, with no cover in front of hotel, it was a big mess during the checking in process. Hotel itself was ok, lobby and restroom inside the room are newly remodelled, room itself is pretty clean, but has some aged looking.

When we arrived, the hotel did not have the crib and extra pillows we requested but they quickly rectified the situation. The room is simple and showing it's age. The walls were a yellowish cream color, the chair cushions were badly stained and there were dust balls under the bed (Our child dropped something under the bed). The room had a great view and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was passable mostly Chinese dishes with some basic Western dishes like cornflakes, scrambled eggs and toast. It is hard to say the room was worth the USD 100 for a single king sized bed.

The hotel situates in a convenient location of Lutong, just next to the sports park. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, although not much facilities in the hotel, it was a pleasant stay in Lutong, will definitely stay in this hotel if I come to Lutong again.

早餐有喜歡的菜色，又有宜蘭的特色餐點，房間也有宜蘭名產，讓人覺得很有宜蘭的味道，也會讓人覺得賓至如歸，想再次到訪！
