We loved the stay. We felt comfortable and safe during our stay. Room was very well maintained and it was clean. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. My kid enjoyed the food. There was lot of varities in breakfast buffet. Most of the tourist spots was nearer to this hotel. Also we chose auto service to visit tourist spots, it was cheaper and easily accessible from hotel (during day time).

Recently, we stayed at Fortune JP Palace as part of our Mysore trip. The location, ambience, and rooms were good. However, the room service and housekeeping services were not up to the mark. Even though we arrived after the official check-in time, it still took around 20–30 minutes for our rooms to be prepared. Even after the rooms were allotted, they were not cleaned properly, and towels were not provided in the bathroom. We had to make multiple calls to get these basic necessities arranged. While the overall ambience of the property was pleasant, such delayed and careless housekeeping experiences can affect the overall stay experience. It would be much better if the hotel could improve its service standards in these areas. The restaurant service was also delayed; however, the food served was of good quality and tasted very good.

The stay in Fortune JP Palace was good although the view from the window was not that serene it had a city view which was ok the room service and housekeeping was good. The breakfast was good they had varieties of food items though some were repetitive but it was a good breakfast buffet they also had option of ginger tea and masala tea which they prepare freshly and serve hot. And another aspect which was good was it's location in city and was easily accessible to other locations

Our stay at JP Palace ITC, Mysore was truly memorable and filled with genuine warmth. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel welcome and at ease. The restaurant team ensured every meal was comfortable and enjoyable, paying attention to our needs with great care. A very special mention to the housekeeping team—especially Ambika and Lakshmi—who were incredibly kind, supportive, and always ready to help with a smile. We were traveling with a senior citizen and a special child, and the entire team went above and beyond to accommodate us with patience, empathy, and humility. Their thoughtfulness truly made a difference to our stay. Heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their kindness and hospitality—it meant a lot to us.

It had been a satisfactory stay at the hotel due to its good management, good reception and pool management. I am not only impressed by the calm decoram of the stay but also am impressed by the rooms and the overall environment (be it the quick service from reception and dining or the well sound system in rooms. Swiggy and zomato are also allowed. At the rooftop dining, an impressive view of the moon and night sky can be observed. On our stay we were welcomed by receptionist Raeesa. She is well presented and helped us with every proceeding. Overall the stay will provide you with calmness, good hospitality and a lot of relaxation.
