Everything was great exact except no WiFi . Poor connection

Great staff although you generally had to ask twice for something. I would say both times when we replaced breakfast orders it came back not correct once the food was brought to the table, but was quickly rectified.

The view in the pool is beautiful, but the rooms don’t have air conditioners so it gets humid. And there rooms are old .

The furniture inside the room was old, no fridge in room. Breakfast was good

They charger u for everything

I didn't like the prices! the room is the same from one year. There is not air conditioning or fans. the room was doble the price. The water in the pool very dirty. Now the asked for 100.00 deposit. The breakfast did not include coffee!!! Before ther offered two free drinks. The restaurant was closed. If you doble the price at least we expect better service!

No cable tv , just 4 o 5 Chanels , electric outlets not working..

It’s decent could use a good pressure wash or dusting. Overall it was decent. First time staying at location front desk didn’t explain where anything was, restaurant, spa, pools. Had to venture out on my own.

I loved my stay in this hotel! Close to Puerto Nuevo and close to downtown Rosarito. Close to beaches as well. The hotel has great pools and delicious restaurants. I want to give a big thank you to Martha from reception. We felt welcomed from the very start. I can’t wait to stay there again!

Hotel falling apart poor condition no ac u have a small cheap fan n heater the door looks like someone will break in no weather strip to cover door u have to carry a key like if we live in the 1980 no card key the toilet was un even one ass cheek higher than the other lol they have a Flintstone bed. Make sure u wear water shoes when showering almost slipped on their floors no handi cap friendly no stairs for pool they cut off ur water if u flush to many times they don't like pesos they want u to pay dollar bills, they say breakfast included yet they charge u for drinks. Be careful with the switches one turns of the TV lol the balcony bars are made of plastic pipes and ur room number gets u discounts lol the hidden jacuzzi smells like sewer some fountains and water areas were not working 😕 tiles missing on stairs pool etc glass window some missing be prepared to swim with seagulls lol very outdated hotel. I get the mexico design but it's still to old. Be prepared to get new tires for u car the parking has rocks and dirt exiting and entering the place is anxiety as it's finest. Don't take ur wrist band off lol remember ur room number. Staff was nice n food was good 👍

Breakfast was great. Restaurant delicious and Hot tub and pool were perfect. You are right next to the ocean. So when it gets chilly the heated pool is perfect. Not too hot not too cold.

Room was clean. Water in the toilett was a little weak. Staff was friendly. We loved the breakfast and tge breakfast room with the beautiful garden and oceanviewthe balcony was nice with a view to the pool.

Very nice and clean Hotel

There was no iron nor iron table. You had to go and get one at the front desk they wouldn't bring it to you. For a pretty popular hotel they should upgrade their bed and furniture. Internet was very poor. Front desk wasn't very helpful only the bell person was helpful. For a very popular hotel they should do renovations and upgrades.

rooms were clean staff is always friendly and helpful Breakfast included simple but tasteful. love the pools and hot tubs. outside bar area good vibes.

Beds are hard, pillows not great. Staff was amazing and food was delicious. Oh and they did not let you bring your own drinks to the pull.

Staff is super friendly and are bilingual. Rooms are clean and the view is beautiful.
