For the price was very decent. Hotel old buy comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast adequate for what you pay

Not as shown in the picture. There is a bathtub. The actual room does not have one. The room is quite old. If you sleep 2 people, you should choose a 2-bed type because if you turn over with one bed, it will shake the other person. But the staff provided very good service.

มาถึง 14:30 ห้องพักไม่เสร็จ พนักงานเปลี่ยนห้องให้ไปพักอีกห้อง แอร์ห้องพักไม่เย็น โทรศัพท์ภายในเสียติดต่ออะไรไม่ได้ช่วงคืนแรกอดทน เพราะกลับมาค่อนข้างดึก เราพักสองคืน รุ่งเช้าเดินไปคุยเคาท์เตอร์บอกให้รอช่าง เราขอเปลี่ยนห้องเลยเปลี่ยนไม่ได้ต้องรอเที่ยง ช่างมาบอกแอร์เย็น เปิด 16 องศาฯ ได้เท่านี้ไม่น่าใช่ พนักงานก็พยายามหาห้องที่เป็นไทป์เดียวกันให้ เปลี่ยนได้ทันที แต่แอร์ก็ยังไม่เย็นอยู่ดี อยากบอกเล่าประสบการณ์ถ้าแอร์ไม่เย็นให้เดินลงไปบอกได้เลยตอนตีสาม! มันสะดวกดีอยู่ในเมือง ราคาไม่แพง เขาพยายามแก้ปัญหาให้ แต่มันเฟลอะเนอะ

The Information Desk knows how to speak english, so check in was fast. Our room was in 5th Floor. It is really an old hotel, 5th floor has this odd noise because of elevator repair which is very disturbing when you sleep. The room is ok but its old already, the betit don't have water and the shower is not functioning well. The breakfast was good. Our stay was ok because we only stay there to have a place to sleep after exploring Kanchanaburi for the whole day.

The receptionist does not care about the customer.

Book a single bed, get 2 double beds. All in all, the check-in time is not something. We went to the family. Did not go to the food, not tasty, poor service staff
