I liked the hotel but it was further from the airport than we thought. It was difficult to navigate to and from.

Great location for this hotel, it was very conveniently close to the train station, and lots of local food options to walk to. The only thing I wish my room had was a small fridge to keep a drink cold. Other than that I thought it was great for the money.

Image on Expedia is a concept photo…. There is no water feature of any kind on the property…. Bed not very comfortable…. A/c hardly working - can’t imagine in full summer heat …. Not close to things except some bus terminal ... Noisy area.

An old property - with ZERO view, and under construction. Either get a very low price, or choose another. Should be a 2 star hotel.

It was hard to sleep, because the walls are thin, the doors don't close tightly, and all through the night I heard voices and guests moving around. The room was very clean though.

You could hear everything from the next bed room and I had a horrible neighborhood in next room.

The creative photography really shows up the property well.The photographer needs a good bonus. Despite its actual appearance, the property is clean and comfortable. The train and bus station are just across the road, so super convenient for travel into the city centre and Europa park. The reception staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily. The only thing I would like to see improve is the addition of soundproofing as you do hear every noise in the hallways, aswell as the lift shaft if you happen to have a room next to it. Although it wasn't quite what I expected, I would stay here again as it was very convenient as well as friendly, comfortable and clean.

Hotel was conveniently located near the train station and the bus stop. However, the room was quiet. Breakfast was mainly a selection of pastries, fresh fruit, iberic ham and slice bread. Coffee and a variety of juices was also available.

halls smelled like marijuana. The room reeked of cigarettes. The bathroom floor was covered in mold. The bed is uncomfortable. You get toilet paper and a tiny bar of soap and a towel. If I could give negative stars, I would.

El hotel tienecun buen precio. Los cuartos limpios y espacio adecuado. Los baños están excelentes! No tenian el estacionamiento disponible pero encontremos uno publico muy conveniente.

this room was musty smell, cigarette smell and dark. no sunlight. onky a sheet and 1 towel.

I came to Madrid to see Taylor Swift. This neat little hotel was 15 mins away from the airport 30 mins from the city center. Easy access. I paid for everything through Expedia. Breakfast too. The receptionists do speak English and there is free wifi. There was a nice little pedestrian area next to it full of shops and restaurants/cafes and landmarks to sight see. I do recommend bringing your own wash cloths. They don’t have those. I ended up buying like an exfoliating thing from the perfume spot in the pedestrian spot. I would stay here again. Housekeeping was very great! 13/13 service!! I would stay here again. 🙂

The hotel didn't mind us turning up in the early hours of the morning (after a nightmare experience at the airport). Breakfast was fine on the morning.

Walls are thin. You can hear neighbors talking late into the night.
