This place is very worn. The food is terrible and borderline unsanitary. The rooms aren’t very clean and look extremely worn out. Needs a facelift but fine for a night before you fly out.

Great facilities, great service

The property didn't look like the pictures I would say, maybe cause of the lighting but overall u get what u pay for; 1 bed with just the basics a tv, mini fridge, and shower.So if u just want to sleep there and shower, enjoying the city's in attractions the whole day while having free breakfast this is the place for u as its conveniently located in the heart of Cancun.

We were in and out but no complaints

The hotel is very dirty and old. The bed, the pillows are bad and in terrible shape. They do not know how to make the bed. They do not clean correct the room. Staff are rude and did not answer, they do not know how to do their work. They charge some amount money when we arrived and last day ask for another... good location for work, very bad for tourism

I'll start with the staff, FREAKIN' AMAZINGLY AMAZING! Superstars were all and special thank you to Rebecca, Edgar & Derrick & of course, my guy Mario! 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Now the hotel itself, convenient, clean and just pleasant to stay at. Restaurants from sushi to vegan just steps away. Of course your burgers, pizza and wings at the hotel or right outside, along with Oxxo & 7eleven👍. Quick walk to americana mall as well, where you can find everything from movue theatre ro groceries. A great location with an amazing staff, its a now brainer if you are looking for a downtown location! 👍👍👍👍👍

Maintenance, mentenance, maintenance. Just like other Mexican hotels. Pool water feature not working, hot tub not hot anymore. Painting outside etc etc. Staff friendly though. Had to move three times due to shower leaking, top floor was nice. That is what we asked for weeks prior to arriving....

Nice place in downtown

This company saw fit to charge me twice for the same stay , and multiple unspecified taxes on top of it. If you want to avoid a credit card nightmare do not stay here.

Instalaciones viejas pero bien mantenidas, habitación con lo necesario para dormir, había mucho ruido en la noche porque la ventana no cerraba bien, la regadera con un hilito de agua, y el desayuno igual todos los días. Es barato y cumple si solo lo quieres para dormir

Nice clean hotel. good location

Staff and other people are friendly

Unable to extend late check out. They dont seen to even try. Have to request a room change. The first room, toilet did not flush, window will not close it was loud traffix all night. The next morning had a room change.

En el baño habian problemas pero el principal problema fue en el check in que el supervisor de turno el cual fie el sabado 4 de enero como a las 4pm me dijo que mi reservacion no aparecia porque no habia recibido un email confirmacion y que lo unico que tenia era el numero de itinerario de expedia y que eso no significaba nada, lo cual le dije que esa era lo unico que siempre mandaba expedia, numero de itinerario y que eso confirmaba la reservacion; fue bastante desagradable el momento

This is a nice decent hotel in the middle of downtown. Very safe and walkable to the plaza las americas. The 7 eleven and many restaurants are right beside the hotel. The staff is helpful and very polite. The hotel has all amenities you may need, including gym and pool and laundry. The only disappointing thing was their restaurant.
