Excellent hotel, very central, great staff and very friendly. Shops everywhere and about 10 minutes walk from Alicante bus station. Superb!!

Stayed for 3nts in a double room. Great location, perfect for exploring the city centre on foot, and only two minutes from Luceros tram stop and a bus stop if you want to explore further. Rooms were spacious and clean, with a decent sized bathroom and balcony. We had a double room, so no kitchenette or mini fridge in ours, but there are studios and one bedroom apartments available if you want them. We were on the 1st floor but if you're higher up, I would expect you'd have great views over the city too. It was great value too. We would return.

Very clean and well presented room, housekeeping staff were helpful, didn’t interact with anyone else. Didn’t try any of the food. Hotel was very nice, shame about the boards of young teens there, they made a hell of a racket throughout the late evening. The hotel was in an amazing location, central to almost everything you could want. Free WiFi (although not the best signal). Would definitely stay here again!

We stay first floor and we didn’t sleep well. They picked garbage from street containers every night 12 to 1 am. Lot of noise. Maybe upper floors and different side of the building is better but room 106 was terrible because of that noise. Otherwise not bad. Room did not have refrigerator or coffee maker

Fantastic place in the middle of the city center. Literally a few steps from everything you want to see. The staff is super helpful. Rooms are well maintained. I very much recommend this place. Thank you!

Room was overall in good condition and staff were all friendly and helpful. Bath overflow hadn't been cleaned for a while it seemed and smelt a bit, but overall this hotel was pleasant to stay in for a few days.

Excellent location, good value for money

The room was clean but curtains did not close fully letting in early light disrupting sleep. Breakfast was okay but not fully stocked.

Great location

Its a nice enough place if all you want is somehwere to lay your head at night, but attention to detail is lacking....shower fixtures coming off the wall, sink refusing to drain, lots of marks and scuffs on the wall. Otherwise a good sleep, appeared to be clean. Would return

basic and clean condition room .View from balcony wasn't very good. location was good. lifts not very efficient especially for a 30 story building. Reception desk not very welcoming , checking-in made it feel like i was signing up to the military.

We were MUCH satisfied with the spatious room, the room service and cleanliness, but most of all with the fantastic view from the room located in 30th floor. In any direction, the view to the sea, to the castle or to the mountain ranges are gorgeous.

No hot water on day 1, no kettle given and no Tea bags given either

Central location. It's located in a residential building so it's difficult to know how much of it is really hotel. The room was ok, fairly spacious but the space was poorly used - they could do better than a small table and two plastic chairs - that's something for a 1 star hotel. Plenty of noise from outside. Overall no luxury but ok place to stay in the centre of Alicante.

Very convenient location, we had 2 rooms, clean, staff was very helpful. We had a perfect stay.
