Great service!!

Hotel was a solid average. The outside facility is in great shape, but the room I got was far from ideal. Leaking toilet and sink, AC not functional when we arrived, towels were always stained, had to buy my own toiletries because the ones provided by the hotel were not enough. Breakfast was good, had several options. But you have to stress-plan and time your arrival before it actually starts. There are not a lot of tables and if you have plans for the morning and wait until 7 am to go and eat, you'll not have tables available and will have to eat either standing up or at the chairs on the pool, as they don't allow people to eat in their rooms. Although we had good service, I believe I would not return to this hotel, neither would recommend it due to the price we paid for the overall infrastructure of the facility.

Property was very clean and everything worked as planned. I just wish I had understood how the mais service worked using the red/green lights. But overall it was a great experience. We will be back! Thank you

The breakfast is excellent, the pool area is amazing. Food at the pool is good and very convinient. Staff is really kind and bedroom is ok too.

Very close to the ocean and easy to get to.

All the decoration of the hotel brings back memories of other times and shows a very good taste. The dining area is open and facing the garden. The garden is very well decorated in a very ecological and green way. 2 wonderful pools. Having breakfast in the morning, you can appreciate some birds collecting pollen from the flowers. Reflecting a very relaxing and peaceful image.

Overall it's a good hotel with a beautiful pool, but service and food can do better

Great hotel with a lot of unused possibilities for a good client experience. Some things are not usual for the tourists. The hotel is only exchanging US$ and not Euros. 9 days, the same fruit for breakfast. Everything was the same. No fresh juice... a lot of simple things that make a huge difference.

If you wanna be treated as a suspicious person, that’s a great place. Beautiful hotel and facilities but no friends can even go to the pool bar to have a conversation. Lots of weird rules.

Uma das melhores estadias em hotel que já ficamos!!! Fomos bem acolhidos no final de dezembro/2025 e no decorrer da nossa permanência fomos atendidos com atenção. Os funcionários foram muito colaborativos, educados e atenciosos. Tudo limpo e o café da manhã maravilhoso e com várias opções. Quarto aconchegante, mas com uma conexão de wi-fi a desejar. Ficamos, pelo menos, 24 horas sem acesso. Há 2 piscinas muito boas, sendo uma delas aquecida. Há estacionamento no local, mas percebi poucas vagas. Se podemos elencar algum problema, esse se refere a existência de um único elevador para atender os hóspedes e o pessoal de serviço, o que faz demorar o deslocamento. Parabéns pelo maravilhoso atendimento. Voltaremos em breve!!!

Maravilhoso,café fantástico,área externa linda,piscina aquecida e gelada,hidro,a comida do restaurante é muito gostosa e com preço bom,não precisa sair do hotel para nada O único defeito é a internet que é péssima Como sugestão um guarda sol na área da piscina

Hotel super completo com piscina aquecida e brinquedo para crianças. Comida boa.

As piscinas ficam muito próximas aos quartos, gerando barulho intenso até as 22 horas, já que o hotel recebe excursões. O café da manhã inicia às 7 horas (tarde) e, em função do horário das atividades turísticas, NÃO HÁ MESAS para comportar os hóspedes no restaurante nesse horário. Um verdadeiro transtorno para quem viaja a trabalho.

Café com pouca variedade.

Quartos limpos, ótimo café da manhã, a tv do quarto era horrível e a qualidade da internet também.
