The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme.

Location was good near to station and the breakfast was good too I love the boiled eggs with light salty and the fresh bread

　

Lighting(Lamp)is not good.Only one Yellow color lamp available.

Very convenient for those who take JR. It is a bonus for the complimentary breakfast. Strongly recommended.

The location is really great within 2 minutes from the JR Station. The reception service provided professional service. Free breakfast is an added benefit. It is amazing to get such ghood deal. I am rather disappointed that this hotel did not have availability when I tried to reserve more stays early 2014.

If you need a night to stopover somewhere between Tokyo and Niigata on the Joetsu shinkansen line, this is the place to stop as it's only a block away from the station, very affordable, and the service is great. I was surprised by the free breakfast.

出張で数泊しました。部屋は一見綺麗だったのですが初日の夜、枕の硬さが裏表で違うものだったのでひっくり返そうとしたら枕の下に前の人のものと思しき髪の毛が落ちていて思わず戻して見なかったことに笑 翌日は綺麗になっていたのでたまたまだったのだと思います。 宿泊中は暑くなったり寒くなったり気温差が激しい日々だったので換気と空調がこちらで調整できないのが少し大変でしたがコスパ良いホテルだと思うのでまた機会があれば利用したいです。

隣の部屋のイビキが聞こえよく寝れませんでした

駅地下で価格もリーズナブルで熊谷に行くときはいつも利用しています。

土日の値段が高くなるのは仕方ないが、せめて食事込みの値段であればありがたい。

リーズナブルなので文句のつけようはないのですが、この時期加湿器の備えがあるとより良かったです。

部分的にリノベされていて、使い勝手は悪く無いのですが、建物が古いせいか、エアコンがピーキーで、オンになると寒いし切れると暑い。 朝食は食べていないが、出入り口の通路に椅子とテーブルが並んでいて、こんな環境で食べさせられるのかとびっくりした。 新幹線停車駅なので鉄道利用者をターゲットにしているせいか、提携駐車場などは無いが、スタッフさんが親切にお得な駐車場を案内してくれました。
