Superb location, great parking facility, however bathroom wasn’t the best. Every time I turned the tap on a puddle formed under the sink on the floor, and a hair bobble was left in the shower tray so wondered whether it was actually cleaned.

Lovely hotel, great room and staff. Breakfast was superb every day. My only gripe was it can be quite noisy. We were at the front if the hotel, the windows cut out a lot, but could still hear traffic and people outside and busy times (it was a busy time ) and we could also hear people in the next room at times. Tea facilities in the room would have been nice also. Other than that, location is excellent.

The hotel is a stone's throw away from Gran Via, so there is no issue getting around. The staff were great and friendly and breakfast was delicious. My gamily enjoyed our stay

Great central location for a Madrid visit. Room was spacious, staff was helpful, in room massage was excellent. Would highly recommend for those visiting the city.
