Clean simple hotel.

Excellent quiet location perfect for my purposes. Compact quiet pleasant room and very positive reception. It was two good firm pillows from excellent and I should probably have asked for them.

Friendly place with jolly bar in the evening. Very much a biz hotel. Service understandably slow at quiet times. Sadly my room was noisy at times during the day owing to repairs.

Great stay on a work trip

This is the second time that my wife and I have stayed here. Eppendorf is a very pleasant suburb to the north of Hamburg. The hotel is close to parkland and about 20 minute walk from the upmarket Eppendorf town centre where there are restaurants, bars and cafes as well as a U-Bahn link to the city centre. The airport is 15 minutes away by taxi. The hotel is comfortable and the rooms a decent size, clean, and well-kept. Service was also very good. Self-service breakfast is superb with masses of choice. There is a terrace to the front of the hotel for eating or drinks. I would highly recommend.

I was disappointed that the refrigerator loses power when away from the hotel room(keycard required for power to the room). Causing my food and drinks to all get warm while gone for the day.

Wonderful hotel except for the employee person knocking at the door to see if everything worked? Why bother me for such a question? I thought it was weird. They can call, email or inquire when I’m in the lobby. Everything else was lovely including afternoon desserts and drinks in the bar.

Perfect for our needs. Friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet at night, nice bar, nice restaurant.

The Blonde receptionist needs to work on at least pretending that she likes having guests over at the hotel, From the first day she was very abrupt and rude the other days not so much, maybe she is not used to having Latin guests over, The rest of the staff and the people at the bar were extremely nice as opposed to her.

excellent location, quiet and clean, easy check in, staffing a little overwhelmed under breakfast seating/should have people wait at the desk and then someone accompany them to the table, we walked to an assigned table but other people just squeezed by and sat down at it..., otherwise great place to stay and excellent breakfast buffet
