Had a great 4N stay here! Room is super clean, big and staff are friendly and polite. Breakfast spread is great, you'll be spoilt for choice. Above all, the greatest plus point will be the location of this hotel. It is directly connected to the underground shopping area. It was freezing cold in mid December and we were safely protected from it. Will definitely stay again. Strongly Recommended!

- The air condition/heater was totally broken all along the period of my stay total 5 nights there and noting was fixed properly. - And my room supposed to be non-smoking floor but when I turned of the heater, my room was overwhelmed with the smoke all night - Those above-mentioned made my stay here terrible and I could not sleep well all the night while I stayed here. - the carpet smelled really bad.

Very convenience to go to JR station and bus station, really recommend to choose this hotel.

Good location, have underground connection to Jr Sapporo Station, have Family Mart at the first floor.

Great hotel, location and breakfast which serves hokkaido's specialties. Appreciate their kind hospitality for a late check out as my dad was sick on the day and we couldnt extend our stay at Century Royal (they were fully booked on the day).
