Terri the manager is excellent. She went above and beyond to help me out when I needed a room a day earlier than I had reserved. It’s rare nowadays to get good customer service but she proved there is still some businesses that care about its customers. The hotel is older but clean. It was nice to check into a hotel in February and find that the room was warm and toasty and not freezing because they had the heat turned down. I would recommend this hotel if you want a quiet place with a comfortable bed while travelling.

Stayed here for 1 night on our way to see the leaves change at algonquin park. Rooms were very clean & quiet. Was offered a king size bed at reasonable price. Staff was very professional & when i asked for extra pillow they immediately delivered it to my room. Complementary breakfast the next morning was good with different options available. We were so pleased with our stay that we came back & stayed there another night on our way back home. Would highly recommend it.

It was originally hard to find.. we drove right past it because it wasn't what we had expected. It was more of a motel than a hotel. The room had updated paint and mirrors, but the beds were horrible. Very loud and would wake people up if someone even moved slightly.. like creaky loud. Like an old 1980's wooden bed of a kid who was a bed wetter. We stayed for 2 nights and had the worst sleep both nights. The "hot breakfast" was literally just toast, a waffle maker and hard boiled eggs. There was cereal and apples and yogurt. The staff was really nice and helpful. When we had a problem with our toilet, the gentleman immediately came to the rescue, with a smile on his face. If it wasn't for the service we received, this review would only have 1 star.

Went for hockey tournament. The rooms are older but the service was fantastic. Our entire team rented rooms and they had wonderful welcome sign for team and little gift bags in each room. Really went out of their way for us. Super convenient as well to get to the rink

I also appreciated the little touches — complimentary water bottles, quality toiletries, and a great coffee setup. The view from my window was breathtaking, especially at sunset. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. What really stood out to me was the level of service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Whether it was giving directions, recommending restaurants, or arranging transportation, they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was stress-free. The food at the hotel was another highlight. Breakfast had so many options — everything was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. I also tried the restaurant one evening and the meal was just as impressive as the service. The location couldn’t be better — close enough to the main attractions but still quiet enough to relax. I truly felt like I had the best of both worlds. Overall, this hotel made my trip unforgettable. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, service, and atmosphere so perfectly. I’m already looking forward to coming back and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.
