Well appointed room, good location and friendly staff. Food was very good.

A little funky to find, because the picture doesn't look at all like where you enter, but the friendly customer service was excellent. We were lucky to get onsite parking which was so convenient. While not in city center, it's an easy walk to everything. Comfortable beds. I would stay here again.

Friendly staff, very helpful with sorting an issue with a very warm & stuffy room with no air conditioning in a heatwave! Room large & clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast self service with plenty of choice. Hotel a 15 minute walk to the city centre & cathedral. Only downside was paying extra to park.

Lovely hotel in convenient location. no details regarding wi fi in room. Also 'view' from room 207 not great (stacks of chairs) Blonde lady with glasses on duty at breakfast very polite and helpful. All staff welcoming but no name badges so hard to identify and feedback back on.

Comfortable stay in a recently renovated property. Easy walk into Salisbury town.

Lovely hotel, helpful staff, spacious room and modern bathroom. The only thing to improve would be the air conditioning which was not working. It was very hot in the room though the hotel did provide 2 fans. Ideal location for walking into Salisbury and parking was great. Will definitely stay there again.

Lovely place, courteous service.

This was a type of standard motel. Nothing outstanding but everything neat and clean and near the tourist sights. The only problem that faces the property is the occasional lack of parking. It did not affect our stay.

The room was extremely comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. The decor was lovely, carefully thought out. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the centre of Salisbury which was great. The breakfast was good and varied. My only criticism was the evening menu was very pedestrian. We ate there once and it was well cooked and presented and good value but the choice so boring.

It was a busy hotel and the staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Made us very welcome even though they were busy. The room was very comfortable.

The tea and coffee facilities were dirty and the bed was ancient; quite hard and lumpy. Well-situated for easy walk into town and very friendly staff.

Overall good. Small issues: shower gel empty, m8lk missing and unable to turn room temperature down.

Nice hotel, helpful staff

As soon as we arrived the girl on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was a good size and well equipped.The bathroom was very modern,spacious and a great shower. Ample toiletries in eco friendly dispensers.
