Good atmosphere, next to the sea, clean rooms, lovely decoration. With a power cut at around four o'clock Good overall service Check in should give more information about the resort.

The resort is very nice. Excellent service was provided by all staffs :) only one issue was the wifi.. wifi was very weak. The restaurant for dinner was superb! Very recommended.

Bed and room are uncomfortable. The hotel is highlighted in design but not for comfort and function. We stayed at family suite and never used the living room coz too many mosquitoes. The beach is beautiful but the outside beds or chairs have to shedding. So you cannot use them most of the time except in the evening coz the sun is strong at Pranburi. The sheets are smelly. Room not clean. Staff not bad but not professional. Only one good thing is the food. Not going back.

It is one of the best hotels to see that it is not perfect. Good service, good location to provide complete and accurate information. Food and bakery are very delicious. I want to give the pillow a little more than this. Overall, I like it. This is a very impressive trip.
