Good hotel, well located, room was clean and big enough for one person, though the bed was quite hard. Located on the second floor, there is a decent lift but I didn't spend much time there or have the breakfast, it suited my very limited needs, would stay again.

The room was very hot, pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. We were woken up very early by staff hoovering directly outside the room .

The staff was great and the room was very clean, we did think the room was a good value for the price we booked. We only stayed one night which we came in late and left early so did not get a great chance to really enjoy the room as much.

Lovely staff. Clean room.

We stayed over for a night after visiting Florence and getting a flight from Milan the morning after. I was very pleasantly surprised, the room was very clean, very spacious and with comfortable beds. The bathroom was fantastic. It's in an area of Milan slightly outside the main city centre, which meant it was quieter than staying central but an area still with some fantastic shopping and lots of Milan charm. There is a convenience store about a one minute walk away. It's also only a ten minute walk from the metro if you want to get anywhere. Overall it was a fantastic stay and if (probably when) I return to Milan I'll definitely consider a longer stay here.

Located in a quiet and very nice neighborhood, the bed is comfortable and bathroom is very nicely done I would return , loved it!

Rom was a little cool

This is not a hotel in the traditional sense in that it is on the second floor of a residential building. However, it has charming friendly staff on reception 24/7. The rooms are simple but a reasonable size and spotlessly clean. I was lucky enough to get a room with a cute balcony. Very well positioned for public transport and also walking to most of the tourist sites. Being a solo traveller it was an excellent price point. I really couldn’t fault it. Oh and ps extra points for providing eco friendly products in the bath room.

The check in process was confusing and the front desk rep didn't seem to have the patience to communicate. She asked us to pay the whole balance due when doing check-in. However, after we checked out the hotel and came back to our country, we found that the hotel put additional charge to our credit card with only an email notification saying "... the amount charged did not correspond to the amount of the booking ...". No billing details.

We just left today and couldn’t be happier. The room was clean and comfortable. The person who helped check us in and with our bags was so very helpful and kind. Easy to get to the metro and nearby restaurants. Would stay here again!

We stayed room only. The room was very clean , small but had everything we needed for a short stay. Bed was a bit hard but I don’t mind that. Shower room was ok with toiletries and even a toothbrush. Air con in room was noisy and the bathroom extractor fan was very efficient but loud. It is quiet location, we walked into the tourist areas in about 25 mins. There is a nearby tram stop and metro station about 10 mins away, but we found waiting around was wasting our time so preferred to walk.

Quiet hotel, in reach of cafe and 10 minutes to the metro. However, the bathroom door was off the hinge and difficult to open/close. The kind of problem they will be well aware of, so don’t bother to raise it as we were only there for a few nights

Check in was super easy and our room was ready even though we arrived early. The room was clean ans quiet. We had a king size bed and plenty of closet space/shelves/desk. There is a small elevator and we were both able to fit with our luggage. Great area for restaurants.

Really good location for the price and what we needed. Very clean with fridge in room (403) and aircon. You definitely stay here again!

Very good room with aircon and private bathroom in a well connected area via tram. Very helpful staff. Beautiful old building. Perfect for our needs, would visit again.
