Ótimo hotel

Great hotel for a short stay at a fair price. Everything was clean, well-organized, and fully functional. The breakfast was also excellent. The only area that needs improvement is the bedding. Because the fitted sheet lacks elastic to secure it to the mattress, it slips easily and becomes a bit uncomfortable

Hair on the wall at the bathroom at the arrival. Noisy AirCon. Old black stains in the shower area.

The lobby is very deceiving... The lobby was great, but the rooms and beds are terrible. The showers had mold/old mold...

Great place to stay when you leave the next day to travel

Decent breakfast menu. Room and bathroom were clean and well stocked. The staff was very nice and helpful.

If you want a great, clean, spacious room, choose this place. I have been an FF for over 23 years, and this is a great place to stay in Guarulhos if you have a long layover between flights. I really mean it! Trust those who fly a lot.

The hotel was very affordable , clean , and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was complete pack. I will definitely recommend .

Great hotel great surroundings peaceful to work

Location is great, the breakfast was amazing and the staff was friendly. However, the room we stayed was very run down. Totally different from the look of the lobby, definitely need an upgrade to match up with the “first impression”

Call it being unlucky, inhad a bad experience with Bristol hotel. Upon check in in the early evening, I was given a room on the 5th floor. When I got there the room wasn't made up - the used towels, were on thr bed, which wasnt made from previous guest/s etc. Took photo and went down to the reception to ask another room. The gentleman who was there was very apologetic and told me that I will get an updated room as an excuse on the 10th floor. Went there, and again, the room wasn't made/clean from the previous gues. Went for a 2nd time downstairs to reception, where again, the gentleman was apologetic and I was given a 3rd room on the 11th floor. Went there, room was made. Went to the bathroom to take a shower. After my shower I got out and there were no towels anywhere in the room. Had do call reception and ask for towels.
