Excellent service and great breakfast! The room was very comfortable!

Loved our stay at Seehof Arosa! Short walk from the station but slopes involved. There is a shuttle in the morning that can be arranged from the hotel to the train station. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room is older style with physical key, toilet a little dated but nothing bad. We had a comfortable stay and the view from the room balcony was absolutely stunning!! Only hiccup was hotel asking us to pay upon checkout when we made prepayment to hotels.com already so there was delay sorting it out.

Our room shower broke the first evening, they promised to change the room the next day, however, in the morning (after we mentioned at the reception that we finally wanted to take a shower), they opted for a reparation. They even asked us to unscrew the shower cable. Once substituted, the water couldn't be closed anymore. We just had to let the water run (for hours?) until someone repaired it. No big excuses, nor a gesture for the uncomfortable situation. At the time of check out, they wanted to charge us twice as much for the room (for no apparent reason). When we carefully checked the bill, the girl at the reception "noticed the mistake" and changed the bill. We had the feeling they "tried" to trick us, having also the dinner charged on the bill.

Very nice location, the room big and very comfortable. The staf very helpful and kind. I loved very much the position, very near to the main road, the train station and cable car station, and also near to the bus stop - this made it easy to reach many places during our stay. One thing that can be improved would be the breakfast in terms of quality, and quantity. The coffe instead it was really good!

This is a nice hotel, perfectly located in a quiet area, but close to the center of Arosa (near the train station and ski lifts). The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were so pleased with this gem of a hotel. Setting was unbelievable, place was warm and cozy. The staff helpful and pleasant. The laundry staff went above and beyond to get our clothing back to us same day. Monika in the restaurant was especially nice to visit with and took great care with recommendations for our ski day. Jüge recommended a lovely fondue restaurant, arranging a taxi up then the loan of a sledge to get us back home! Although the sledging trail was not open we had a great walk back with a bit of trial on the sledge. This made for a wonderful experience! Hope we can visit again.

The hotel was clean and well organised. The breakfast was good, the staff friendly.

In hindsight this hotel didn't seem real, it's so picturesque. There's clearly some history in a building this old. We enjoyed the restaurant, we enjoyed the breakfast, and the manager on duty for the night (his name was JJ I believe) was very friendly. The hotel is walking distance to the lifts. No complaints whatsoever - I hope we get to visit again!

Hotel location was close to city center and they provided quick service by shuttle to ski lifts. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and shower had great water pressure. Good breakfast, but missing fresh tomatoes and cucumbers. The room I booked was a bit outdated and did not match what I was expecting from the pictures.

very nice lobby. very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Great breakfast with friendly service. Made to order eggs and bacon. Great buffet spread. 5-10 min walk to center of town, but we were there to hike and explore, so no big deal.

Very quiet location and friendly staff the hotel overlooks a small lake used for swimming with changing rooms and diving board. The balcony we had did lack privacy as there was no real partition between next door.

Well run friendly hotel. Conveniently situated for station and slopes. Food excellent.

Tok short stay and missed breakfast, but did get a great impression of the place and the staff. We're going back fir sure!

For a four star hotel at this price, the room was a bit lacking and the restaurant was just average.
