Budget hotel but not inecpensive. The hotel needs renovations. 15 minute walk to Kos port and located in the quiet part of the city.

The room was simple, clean, had working AC and all amenities. Staff weren't very friendly and there was often no one on the check in desk, but the room itself was fine and in a good location.

Absolutely amazing for the price we paid.

I didn't like the fact that there was no room clean for 2 days or shampoo and the Philippina cook was very rude. However the room was great and the manager and receptionist were very helpful and I enjoyed staying there. The breakfast wars very good too.

The bathroom needs updating the shower is so tiny we couldn’t take a shower all over need s improvements,the mattress the pillows the sheets are from the ‘80s definitely not worth it going back again ☹️

Hotel clean . But no pool . No kettle in room . Shower did not work as had to sit in it and use taps for wash . Would not recommend for families with children as no entertainment either . I do understand we are getting over pandemic . But hotel was not a good experience for myself as an adult .

Decent, simple, inexpensive hotel across from the main marina in Kos with an ok breakfast

The hotel was clean and a great location for our departure from the marina the next day - but at check in we were not made aware of a number of things. The most important being how to engage the electricity in the room - the second being that was a breakfast in the mornings in the lobby - we had no idea! There was a drip in the ceiling in the bathroom, another guest in our party had to change rooms twice. It was very affordable, so all in all, you get what you pay for.

We wasnt expecting much from a 2 star hotel but we were pleasantly suprised. Altho very basic its all we needed for 1 nights stay. Aircon included worked really well. Good to have a full size fridge in the room too. The hotel was a bit dirty in places bath room in particular but perfectly usable old razor bade from someone else on side. Beds quite comfortable we slept quite well. For 26 euro for a night it was perfectly ok.

It was in a quiet area and close to the shore.

Beds are full of bugs that bite you during your sleep and cause itching and swelling. The lady and the guy at the reception are unbelievably rude. They are fed up with tourists and seem to hate their jobs. That's also true for the shop owners at downtown. Really cheap food is served at the breakfast.

A very reasonably situated and priced hotel giving good value for money

Stayed in hotel for a short couple's getaway. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is on the edge of the main part of town in an open area, but easy walking distance (15-25 minutes) to everything.

Good hotel, across the marina, in a quieter suburban area. 2 bus stops away from the ferry port. Comfortable room. On the edge of town.

20 minute walk along the coast to the centre of Kos town staff very pleasant and helpful.

This was my 3rd visit in Kos and as I enjoy sunbathing by the sea during the day and the night-life with the vast choice of restaurants that Kos offers my stay at the Kos Bay Hotel was just what I needed, it is basic, obviously very good value for money, but it was within walking distance to a small beach for the daytime pleasure and the centre of Kos for the Night-Life so it suited my purpose fine for a short break.

Management was perfect. Hotel was perfect. Thanks.
