First off, when I booked a room in this hotel, my room was supposed to be with a window view with 2 beds and air conditioning. When I arrived and it was time for me to check into my room, I got a very but very small room with no windows and a fan. I felt claustrophobic and I felt like I was in box. And on top of that, my room had not a single towel. I was very disappointed and went to speak to the front desk. Although they offered me some alternatives, I still needed to pay out of pocket for the alternative choices they were giving me, despite that I had proof of the room I was set to have through my actual purchase. A day later, the handle of the shower decides to stop working and ends of flooding the bathroom. Once again, I was very disappointed. I only had breakfast daily here and it was ok, nothing crazy. Overall, this hotel did not meet or exceed my expectations.

Very good hotel.

Very old, fans don't work, shower heads need to be changed, the shower is clogged and starts to overflow And parking is terrible. Its ok i guess for an emergency stay. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

The place was extremely hot with a window that opens half way. I had a headache and nausea due to this. No hot water. I found a large roach walking near my luggage. I just would not recommend. I booked for one week I only ended up staying 2 days. I also did not receive any refund from the hotel.

First room right before going to bed I saw 2 bed bugs walking next to the headboard, went to the front desk and told them about the issue. Was moved to another room in a higher floor, no live bed bugs but I did see at least 4 dead ones close to the bed.

Solo había un ventilador y el calor en el cuarto era horroroso. Deberían invertir en aires acondicionados ya que es una hermosa propiedad y el servicio de los empleados excelente
