Is a freat place to stay friendly stave clean nice rooms

Great place to stay. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Despite the highest temperatures of the year , the AC wasn’t working at its full capacity. The rooms, common areas like the restaurant, lobby, business center, and front desk were suffocating hot. The pets fee includes nothing; back when it was crowne plaza they provided a pack of bags to dispose your dog’s excrements and a nice necktie or ribbon. Even though there’s a sports bar within the venue it’s never open. Music by the pool it’s terribly outlet by a big and poorly equalized speaker.

Very nice hotel. Hotel restaurant is beautiful but food is lacking. Other than that staff super helpful and friendly.

We have stayed there multiple times when we visit Family in Tuxpan ,consistently a Great place to stay .My Spanish is limited but they have many staff that also speaks English .Our children was on this trip with us and was treat was shown a wonderful time by the staff .Hotel staff is friendly ,welcoming and there for all your needs .The breakfast Buffett that was in hotel was one of the Best .Thanks again for such a great stay .See you again soon !!!

I didn't loke the principal pool. We arrived here Friday and the pool wasn't available because was very dirty. In general the hotel is worth the price.

My room was not cleaned till after 5pm on Saturday?? I was out all day since 4am upon returning I expected a clean room.... not the case.

best hotel in the city of Tuxpan. Only complaint is waiting for a taxi as this hotel is about 3 miles away from the city itself. We will stay here again when traveling to Tuxpan.
