Staff were friendly and hotel was clean, but the room was quite dated and the hotel feels like it needs a freshen up.

Clean, larger than normal room. Friendly, helpful staff. Very good breakfast--Japanese and western items. Close to Tokushima station--less than 5-minutes walk. May be awkward with large luggage. There are a lot of stairs, up and over the street, but look for the elevators/escalators to get you across--a bit hard to see the first time, but once you know, you know.

Property is very accessible and conveniently located adjacent to Tokushima Bus Station, which is the main congregation point for all local buses in the area. Let's be honest, you shouldn't spend much time in your hotel room when you are in a foreign country, you should be exploring and getting a feel for the culture.

A great location, close to the train station. A very reasonably priced hotel. It’s a very basic, a bit run down but clean and comfortable enough for a short stay.

以前に宿泊した際、私は眼科オペ後の、「眼帯に眼鏡」という異様な姿でした。そういったわけで、早く部屋で休みたく、やや時間前のチェックインをお願いしたところ、それはかなわず、まあそれはルールでしょうから、納得でした。しかしながら、すぐ後に来られた、立派な身なりの方の時間前チェックインは受け入れていました。それを見ていた私に、じきに声はかかりましたが、さすがにばつが悪そうにされていました。身なりで差別されたと感じています。結構ジロジロ見られる視線が痛かったです。今回はそういった身なりではなかったので、普通の宿泊客扱いをしていただきました。別件ですが、トイレの水洗が止まりにくいですよ。

Our room and the property was nice and clean, the only thing I would want is an 11am checkout vs a 10am check out.

It is easy to find from Tokushima station, it is easy of access and the staffs are nice people. The place was clean and enjoyable. The breakfast was good too.

The hotel is very conveniently located, within easy walking distance of both Tokushima Station and Awa Odori Kaikan. It's adjacent to a big department store and has many nice places for eating out around as well. The room was a bit small but fine for one night and for this price; the bed was very comfortable. The room had all the usual amenities and the view from the window was great. I didn't like the fact that I couldn't open the window which was probably locked for security reasons; but the air-conditioning could be adjusted, so it was fine. The hotel staff were nice and friendly and kept my suitcase for half a day after checking out.

This is a good hotel, a business hotel, but it was difficult to find, since they changed the name to the Smile Hotel the day we arrived,

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is clean and there were no issues with my room. The staff were friendly and courteous. The hotel itself is located near Tokushima station and as such is surrounded by many stores and restaurants. Plus, the rooms weren't expensive. I'd definitely stay again.

It was an awesome stay. Closed to train station and bus terminals. Hotel just above sogo & amico malls. Very convenient with superb friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Definitely worth!
