Clean, comfortable, near the train station

Even though it's small like any typical hotel in Tokyo, it's a great value! They have abundant amenities. The staff were friendly. It's close to a restaurant and near sakura trees when they bloom, and it's such a great environment.

The best hotel in Tokyo so far, worth the price, will be sure to come back here when I go to Tokyo!

Okay rooms, close to JR Shin-Nihombashi Station. Close to Family Mart. Area of many restaurants.

The hotel location is close to the Mitsukoshimae subway station and the Nihombashi finger. strategic location, close to minimarkets, restaurants and major roads. Friendly receptionists, can speak English, clean rooms, standard Japanese hotel sizes. There is still a place to open suitcases, the room is cleaned every day. Get 2 new drinking bottles every day, the food is replaced every day. Bathing tools are available in the bathroom such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand washing soap, toothbrush, tissue, shaver for comb, cotton bud, Sponge for bathing can be taken on the 1st floor opposite the elevator, free. Hair dryers are available in the rooms along with water heaters. During the spring it still feels cold, the heating works well, there is also a humidifier and refrigerator. The number of outlets is also quite a lot. calm atmosphere to rest. A pleasant experience to be able to stay at the hotel smile mitsukoshima.

Nice place and strategic, the hotel is near station and shopping center.

Close to the station. close to mitsu sosis department store. Only the service of the receptionist is less satisfying, less friendly. Small rooms, like rooms in other Japan.

Good service, 24 hours receptionist, clean room

Nice cosy room, however we were on the highest floor last room at the end of hall. We get wifi signal but no access, we need to stand near the door to use internet. Apart from that everything was great, nice staff and clean beds/area.

Great airport shuttle service, especially for those who arrive or leave at mid night. My flight was delayed for 4 hours, I emailed to the hostel and they replied me. Thankfully, the staff picked me up at 3.40 a.m.! What a relief! The breakfast serves from 4.30 to 8.00 a.m. which I wasn't able to try it. Check out time is 10 a.m. which is a bit early for me. The dorm, toilet and shower room were clean. I love it and definitely will stay again next time.

Strategic location. To the city center and distance to the station only 3 minutes walk and there are some good restaurants.

Small room but nice! Especially the bathtub is relaxing after day walk.

Good hotel and quite near to Shin-Nihombashi station. it is very easy to travel across Tokyo once you have JR Pass. Room quite small but all the facilities are there. Bathroom quite clean and bathtub is enjoyable. Numbers of convenience stores are also available around the area.
