The hotel is really close to Sugamo Station, only a 5-minute walk, and the staff at the hotel are so helpful and friendly. For sure I will recommend it, and if I visit again, for sure I will stay at Smile Hotel Sugamo again. 🥰😘🤗

Stayed here many times. I caught the most breathtaking sunset view from my room 2008. Two train lines within a 2mins walk. Trust me, you will leave Smile Hotel with a smile. 😊

Kamar seperti di foto. Ranjang kecil untuk 2 orang. Pelayanan ok walau tidak bisa english. Saya tinggal 2 minggu dan tidak ketemu masalah. Saat datang pertama kali saya dikasih kamar yang agak bau rokok walau hotel non smoking. Yah ngga aneh lah karena dibawah ada ruang khusus merokok, bau rokok menempel ke badan bisa terbawa ke kamar. Perlengkapan kamar mandi berupa modul blok set dari TOTO. Foto tidak saya lampir.

The hotel is easy to find, very close to the subway, both JR and Subway and also near the supermarket. Various restaurants are recommended. Very good.

I stayed 3 nights very comfortably at this hotel. Staff extremely friendly, gentle space. The bedroom is not large but there is enough space to feel comfortable after a day of exploring Tokyo quite tired. The hotel is located in an alley close to the 4-meter exit of Sugamo and very close to the entrance of the JR gate, the lane has many attractive eateries but we haven&#39;t had a chance to try it all. Family mart right next. I will definitely come back if I go to Tokyo.

Rooms are cleaned every day, there are water heaters, refrigerators, bathroom shampoos, soap, etc. complete. Close to JR Sugamo on foot, near the supermarket. Friendly clerk.
