Was an okay stay. TV did not work, and was a very old and outdated for the type of room we booked. Shower was broken and water did not go cold, so was unbearably hot. Balcony wasn’t great, not suitable to sit and chill regardless of weather. Pillows were very uncomfortable. For the room type we had a “deluxe double” it was a very standard room and was not worth the money. For a Spa stay I would expect more for the money than just what the normal gym payer would get. Shared pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc. No privacy at all. We also was never given robes in our room, which was meant to be included. Overall, for the price, and the fact that almost everything we had to pay extra (not cheap either) I’m not too impressed, and personally would not stay again.

Room was a good size, good tea and coffee facility in the room, bathroom was nice, clean with a really good shower. TV was a bit on the small size and was on a weird angle in the corner of the room, had the usual selection of TV channels. I had a nice balcony overlooking the golf course. On site leisure facilities were good. Restaurant food was excellent although the menu a bit limited, bar fully stocked with plenty of variety, staff were excellent, professional and polite. building itself was a bit dated and internal decoration could do with a revamp but at the price it beats the spots of the competition. I will definitely be staying there again next time I'm in the area.

Location and views perfect … my room wasn’t great but my other two parties were exceptional with wonderful views over the golf course … i had a roof and Aircon units which was very disappointing !

Great friendly staff Great clean room and lovely breakfast

Overall the stay was enjoyable. The restaurant had good service, tasty food & a good selection of drinks. The hotel staff were approachable & helpful. There was some confusion with ordering room service breakfast. There were no eggs with the breakfast. The crazy golf was a nice bonus.

Property was tired and rooms were noisy.Receptionists were lovely though.

Felt like I’d been catfished by a hotel! Rooms are extremely dated, carpets are thread bare in places. It’s a no from me.

Liked quiet rural position . Hated noisy bedroom due to heating plant . Was like trying to sleep in a ships engine room and thus got very little sleep.

Ive just had a Valentine's break here and it has been lovely. The staff were friendly. I felt completely relaxed. Loved the pool and the Spa. It was in a beautiful locatio overlooking the golf course. Very reasonably priced. Would come back again. Also very child friendly.

The shower was burning hot couldn’t get it to turn down. Walls are paper thin kept getting woken up by doors banging

1 night stay very enjoyable

Nice hotel and location for a short break. Comfy beds and good food & drinks. We cancelled earlier in the year because the pool was out of order. Pool was nice, however, jacuzzi and steam room were out of order. Showers shut off too quickly, and no soap/shampoo. We feel that spa area maintenance is letting the whole place down

The hotel is amazing, the two reception staff I met on 2nd were amazing, the rooms are great spacious and clean, and thank you very much for the bottle of wine in the room In all I would recommend this hotel. ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed for two nights. Rooms are big and comfortable, but if you look closely they're starting to show a bit of age. Reception staff were excellent as was the male member of bar staff. On our last morning however, we found the staff on the breakfast team to be abrasive and unhelpful. They were also arguing amongst themselves. And cleaning the coffee machine whilst breakfast is going on doesn't seem like the best time for it.
