Michelle and Michelle at the check in were amazing and incredibly helpful. Best service I’ve experienced in ages. Kudos to both Michelle’s.

Decently clean and convenient. A lot of Highway 1 traffic noice while facing North.

felt like an older hotel, room size was fine but wasn’t entirely clean. extremely noises at night due to proximity of highway.

Quick one nighter stay, rooms were clean and quiet. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Didn’t get to hit the hot tub or pool this time but we usually do.

Somehow people smoke weed in and around the hotel, so there is always odor on the property. Room service is also not very good quality. so I have stopped staying at Sandman.

We have stayed at mini our regular Sandman thought we would treat ourselves to a signature. Sandman, the blinds did not work. The cleanliness wasn’t up to normal standards, the front desk was impatient, we requested a room that was nice and quiet, and they immediately put us to the side of the hotel that’s right on the main highway. Wouldn’t regularly complain, but has stayed in a few sand vans lately and they’ve all been excellent. This was leaving a lot to be desired.

This hotel is convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated and definitely need a refresh. The attached restaurant was a bright spot. Moxie is WONDERFUL and not to be missed.

Ok place

When you entered the room you, there was a strong deodorizer smell, the shower curtains smelled like mildew, and there was mold in the grout of the shower. I’m one morning I also found silverfish insects in the bathroom sink. The staff did provide a small discount which I didnt ask for, which was a nice touch, but it sid not matter as I have no plans on returning.
