Good breakfast. Quiet room. Few rooms with air conditioning, minimum 20 degrees. Dog friendly.

Capuchino machine didn't work. There weren't eggs ready to eat, you have to order 20 min in advance. No amenities in the bathroom (shower cap, cotton pads, etc) . Elevator didn't work. In general OK

A pleasant hotel in a pleasant location. The breakfast was excellent, as was dinner -- all in a nice setting.

Not what it once (maybe) was? Definitely not a 4 star hotel. It is rundown and lacking amenities. Food was decent. Breakfast was sad. Staff was excellent though.

Nice clean place. Stayed here for the Formula 1 race in Spielberg. It was a bit far but we had limited options so we were happy to have it. Beautiful surroundings.

Sent an email in advance for 2 x single beds, no response but told they do not have any single beds on arrival. States air conditioning, but this is not available in the rooms. Did not appreciate the call at 1100 asking me when I am checking out, I am an adult, not a child and capable of reading. Receptionist more interested in her food rather than customer service. Did not even get asked if I enjoyed my stay. However, the receptionist on arrival and bar staff very friendly, breakfast very good and evening meal excellent.

Hotel Sacher Baden is a historical property that offers the finest in hospitality. The room was spacious and clean and the food in the restaurant was delicious!

I would highly recommend Hotel Sacher Baden to everyone who visits Austria and has the opportunity to stay in this amazing town. The entire hotel staff was absolutely wonderful and made us feel welcome each and every day. The daily breakfast was delicious and bountiful. Location is key and this hotel was across the road from the bus stop so it made traveling very convenient. Can’t wait to return to Austria

Overnight stop close to Vienna airport. Lovely room in old part of hotel. Very quiet.

The hotel is very old but well maintained. We stayed at a junior suite. There were 2 rooms one is with double bed and the other one is with double sofa bed. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is very welcoming. Breakfast was o.k. Can be serve more local food. We travelled there by the car. To go to Vienna by car takes nearly half an hour. With tram, it takes nearly an hour. Baden is a very nice small city with restaurants and bars.

Room was a little dirty. Needed to be swept and crumbs on chair. Shower didn't drain properly and water spilled on floor. Room was nice. Enjoyed complimentary beverages. Breakfast was excellent.
