Room wzs a little small but its in an a very good location. Minutes to old town square and Jewish Quarter. Many fine restaurants and bars.

Superb hotel, excellent service and staff throughout.. Very clean, quiet, and in an excellent location.. rooms are well appointed and spacious !! Breakfast is absolutely fantastic! Best breakfast setting, food, service hands down!! Thus hotel is superb in every way!

Excellent choice for our four night stay in Krakow. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. Bathroom modern though shower a bit small. Location is near lots of restaurants and several convenience stores. Tram stop is close. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they even made a call to trip advisor for us to sort out an issue with a tour we had booked. Breakfast was excellent. The ONLY improvement might have been a mirror in the bedroom (in addition to the one in the bathroom). Highly recommended!

The staff were extremely helpful & friendly and offered lots of ideas for visiting places. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! The room was spacious, very comfortable and very clean. If we went back to Krakow we’d definitely book this hotel again.

The staff was great room was huge we had a king and a single and it fitted easily if you open the window it’s a bit noisy at night if possible choose away from the Street.Breakfast was delicious very high quality. My only negative was the shower it looked cheap Ana small afterthought semi circular stuck in the corner besides that wonderful

The hotel was clean enough and the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, the hotel isn't much of a walk from any of the main sights either. Unfortunately the serving staff at breakfast were great one day and then not very polite the next. Also during one of our days out, housekeeping had made up our room and had a rummage through my partners things, helping themselves to one or two items.

One of the most enjoyable stays I’ve ever had.

We were only to stay at this hotel for 12 hours & had to leave at 4am due to flight times. Check in went smoothly. The room was nice, comfortable bed & tea & coffee were available. The only thing that stopped me giving it a higher rating was that there appeared to be a dog in the next room & was barking- not good when you need to sleep, also there was also some banging coming from their room 🙄 I can not comment on breakfast as we had left.

The tasting menu was simply superb. Staff were very helpful and friendly sorting out trips and airport transfers. Great value for money. Slightly noisy with trams if you are at the front of the hotel.

Lovely boutique hotel in a good location. Easy walk to old town for sightseeing and right by the Jewish quarter for great bars, cafes and restaurants. The decor is gorgeous and the breakfasts delicious. Staff were all polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we return to this great city.
