The accommodation is very close to USJ, less than a 10-minute walk. There's a free water dispenser near the elevator. You can leave your belongings in the lockers before entering USJ; just ask the staff for coins. However, I forgot a child's Heattech shirt there and only realized it long after checking out. What a shame!

We stayed here for 2 nights but when we returned from USJ the room was not cleaned even though we had told the cleaning staff to clean the room.

Love the place, walking distance to USJ. The accommodation and service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

A fuss free stay with good location. Room was pretty small and basic but pretty good price point for being near USJ.

Meskipun hotel bintang 3 tapi ruangannya cukup besar, dekat jika mau ke Universal Studio, kamarnya bersih dan yang paling mengesankan saya membawa anak umur 10 tahun dan kena charge tapi keesokan harinya mereka menelepon ruangan saya untuk merefund tagihan saya karena saya lupa kalo saya sudah pesan kamar untuk 3 orang.

Hotel Keihan Universal Tower is perfect for family vacation. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4 like us. The bathroom was spacious as well. The room amenities were kind of special with beautiful hairpins and colorful animal shaped bath sponges. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The sky restaurant (Top of Universal) was luxury with great views. The breakfast was premium with high quality and remarkably high taste. We would like to recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Universal Studios Japan. We definitely would come back to this hotel in the future.

The location is the best thing about it. Very near from universal studios and the restaurants.

Remarkably, the hotel went straight to Universal Studio and immediately got off the station. The spacious rooms below the hotel have plenty of eating places and lawson and shopping arcades.

The hotel is perfect to stay while you are visiting universal studio, it is easy to be reached. It is located by the theme park (I would say inside) and the rate is fair enough. You can find a food nearby or in the lobby. But like most of hotels in Japan, the room size is not big, just ok.

Check-in time must be very long. Only 2 people served. 20 minutes standing in the queue. When I checked in, the receptionist was a bit confused because I used the application. Luckily there are still orders. Okay room, very close to the train station. Good hotels in the Universal area. Coming home from USJ it feels good close. No need to go far.

The location is near USJ and train station, the room for three beds is great but not big enough, if we compare with three beds room at Ueno.

Like it to USJ just a short walk.

Enjoyable experience! we stayed 3 nights June 24-27. We made 2 bookings because of our mistake. First booking check-in June 24 and chel out June 26, then book two check-in June 26 and check-out June 27. They immediately offered (before we asked) not to check-out then check-in again. Easy and fast check-in and check-out process even though when we check in guests from overseas there are more than 12 groups (from the flag that I had time to count). A spacious room with 5 single beds (we have 5) and there is still a place to put 4 large suitcases as well as a very quiet and cool AC room and cold and the rooms are every day tidied up superbly with toileteries facilities which are changed daily water pressure for an amazing shower. Hotel universal tower right above the universal finger tower station which makes it easy to travel by train with the operator. Pictures of rooms in the application are in accordance with reality kasih thank you Traveloka🙏🏿

Hotel location very near to the park, there are a lot of lockers in the hotel and they are free of charge. We can put out luggages after checkout before entering the park.. check in/out was fast and easy.
