Fantastic in all respects

Absolutely amazing stay from start to finish.

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The views from our room were breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for our vacation. Each morning, we were greeted by stunning sunrises that set a positive tone for the day ahead. Dining Experience The restaurants within the hotel were equally impressive. Each meal was a delightful culinary adventure, showcasing both local and international cuisine. The variety of options ensured that there was something for everyone, whether you were in the mood for a casual bite or a more formal dining experience. The quality of the food was outstanding, and every dish we tried exceeded our expectations. Staff and Service What truly made our stay memorable was the friendly and accommodating staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. From helpful recommendations on local attractions to prompt service during meals, their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Additionally, it was heartwarming to see the owners personally greet us upon arrival. Their warm welcome made us feel like valued guests rather than just another booking. The hotel is absolutely first class in every way. The share beauty of the hotel along with the extremely friendly and helpful staff made for ann enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated along with being meticulously clean. The breakfast as well as the restaurants at the hotel were outstanding. We were so happy on making our decision to stay at Hotel Walther in the beautiful town of Pontresina.

The hotel was amazingly beautiful, piano playing in the sitting room was elegant. Cake hour was fantastic! The rooms were well appointed and the service was excellent! The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Europe!

Couldn’t imagine a more amazing place.

We were recently at Hotel Walther for a family ski vacation. The hotel staff was the best I've experienced and the half board dining option was an amazing deal for the high quality. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone.

What can I say other than I had an incredible 5 night stay! I enjoyed the included wonderful breakfast spread, hiking 3 days with the included hotel hiking guide, going to the Wellness area, afternoon treats. They will also pick guests up at the Pontresina train station. I had such a marvelous time at Hotel Walther, that I will be going there again next year but for a longer stay.

I stayed at Hotel Walther over the long Easter weekend. From the moment I arrived at Pontresina Station my stay was first class all the way. The hotel sent their driver to pick me up, and Mrs Walther personally welcomed me when I arrived a short five minute car ride later. Hotel Walther is at the quieter end of the small town of Pontresina, with fantastic mountain views. The hotel is beautiful, lots of light wood and traditional Swiss textiles, completely fresh, up-to-date and scrupulously clean. Lovely buffet breakfast included, extremely helpful concierge, and when I checked out they packed me off to the station with a lunch bag for the train! I'm coming back in July to see Pontresina in the summer and Hotel Walther is the only place I want to stay.

Herrliches Pfingst Wochenende im Walthers Wunderschoen Spaziergaege, Guter Pool Garten, Sauna.

Die Unterkunft war sehr Sauber und hatte gute Pool/Spa Möglichkeiten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich Und hilfsbereit. Ich würde gerne wieder dieses Hotel nehmen und empfehle es weiter.

Der einzige Ort in Pontresina, der sich lohnt zu verweilen. Vom Service, zu den Zimmern bis zum Essen - wie Gott in Frankreich! Sehr gerne immer wieder.
