Staff are always helpful food great can't fault there hotel

All staff lovely.The main lounge needs new chairs very difficult to get in and out off,Rooms lovely and clean ,Bed was very comfortable ,had a great nights sleep ,

We had a lovely wkd would go again didn't get to see entertainment room was full by time we got in there maybe have the same as restaurant and keep table for however long you are there? Room was dated but clean. Bathroom tiles could do with cleaning as a bit mouldy. Only little niggles. Food was excellent and staff brilliant

Relax atmosphere,great food,good staff

We have been to the Claremont on many occasions but I’m sorry to have to say the standards are very noticeably dropping our room was extremely small for a twin room the bathroom was terrible there was no towel holder and no toilet paper holder the actual toilet pan was so tight against the bath you could hardly move also the food all though still nice enough the portions are very small compared to what we used to get it’s unfortunate because the staff are very nice and extremely hard working but the hotel it’s self is very run down and badly needing up dated in every way

Amazing value and fun for a weekend getaway away! Super friendly staff. Great drinks included in the all-inclusive. The dining room is well organised and food is delicious. Fun evening entertainment. We had a twin room. Basic room, but did the job. The toilet was a bit narrow to sit on tho!

Lovely stay, all inclusive made it good value, recommend the evening entertainment too. There is also a games room downstairs with pool (£1.00 a go) darts (take your own) and table tennis which is great.

The breakfast and evening meals were excellent but there could be more options at lunchtime as there was only soup and one choice for a hot meal. I would suggest that there is a salad bar and sandwiches for lunch too as I would have preferred a lighter lunch.

Food was lovely all fresh .staff where brilliant breakfast was lovely everthing was lovely the only downside was would ha ebeen nice to havea couple of choices of different largers on draught only because thats mostly what i drink when having a drink that is otherwise everthing was brilliant defiantly go again

Second time at this hotel. Food is fantastic. Plenty to eat. Entertainment was good Room was clean. A great stay and will return
