Property is under renovation

Pros: Beds were Comfortable, location and great breakfast. Cons: noisy (need anti noise windows) because next to shopping and very busy street, new towels (they were so old and with stains) and tinted windows because the morning light came through the blackout curtains.

I asked for a quiet room, but I think there are no quiet rooms because of the location

Good breakfast. Walking distance from Iguatemi shopping center, with supermarket and good restaurants.

Hotel bem localizado, porém necessita melhorar suas instalações. Além da estrutura que está gasta com o passar dos tempos e falta de modernização, precisam também melhorar a qualidade do enxoval (cama e banho). Devido ao barulho da avenida, também deveriam avaliar janelas anti ruído.

Spacey room with comfort utilities, great bed, good shower. Breakfast was simple but offering all key ingredientes with excellent quality. Friendly staff, good garage allowing self parking.

It was ok!! But the service was not great. Breakfast was also acceptable however, we only had 20 min to have it and were pushed to go quicker due to a lot of people waiting.

I have no word to describe the front desk kindness. I’m Just enjoying every minute on this short stay here. Ten thumbs UP for service/front desk Thiago!!! Great job

Recepção excelente. Café da manhã atendimento deixa a desejar e qualidade deveria ser melhor, assim como serviço da camareira.

The staff was very helpful. They spoke both English and Portuguese and also helped with questions about area and transportation.

The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and are very accommodating to the best of their abilities! I even forgot my adaptor for using US electronics at home and they lent me one held by the hotel for this very reason.
