Simple and lovely. Couldn't fault anything

Very friendly staff. Could have been more choice in the breakfast. Otherwise we had a very comfortable, safe and convenient stay. Thank you!

Rooms were comfortable. Unfortunately breakfast was not so good cooked food was dry and really not enough room for self service around the counter.

Must mention Alexander at reception, a warm friendly welcome it’s been a while since we have felt that comfortable checking in anywhere A big well done

It is conveniently located...you can walk there from train station in 5 min. Staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Recommend it!!

Reasonable hotel but no effective AC, cools if outside is above twenty. Not if the room temperature was, so very stuffy or with window open, very noisy!

On arrival receptionist wasn’t very welcoming we arrived early when we did go back at the correct time there were more staff there but they seemed all occupied when we did get checked in he was polite we then put our bags in the room very small so went out for 40mins then decided to check back out again which receptionist once again wasn’t very helpful. Staff members let the hotel down.

Fine but wasn’t a fan… Worst thing was the sound proofing - could hear everything in surrounding rooms. Not good either when the PureGym below the hotel starts classes at 6.30am

Check-in staff, and staff I encountered were very friendly and welcoming. Room was worn. Unable to connect to wifi on iOS or android

This was what you’d expect from a budget hotel. The reception staff were not particularly friendly. They barely lifter their head when we oassed

I like this place in very center easy to get everywhere

Stayed one night at this hotel. The reception staff were lovely. The hotel was very clean. The room was small but functional. The bathroom was very strange. It was extremely small. It was like a plastic cabin had been put in the corner of the room. However it was clean and the shower was powerful.

Easy access to area's around Aberdeen dock where my business was during this visit
