Good clean facility

I liked having a breakfast option in the morning.

Very disappointed with this hotel and do not plan on returning or recommend. Upon entering room, it had a odor that was a dirty smell, like possibly the carpet or bedspreads. Missing light bulb on floor lamp. All lamps had dim bulbs. 1 bedspread underneath had contents (foam/padding) coming out due to a large hole (tear). Coffeemaker had filter basket missing and coffee tasted terrible. I only drank half cup. The clock had incorrect time by several hours.

It is a very good hotel for the price, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom has been renewed. The breakfast is very good, tasty and with options. On the downside, the deposit fee is not good and the carpet can have some cleanup.

When I checked in, their card machine wasn’t working right. I was charged the deposit 2x. When I told them about it, they said I’d get it back when I check out. I hope so. The girl checking me in, didn’t give me any directions to my room or tell me anything about breakfast, WiFi, nothing. Their front desk people need some more training. The room was great, clean, and nice.

The property had good eye appeal. Everything was very clean and appeared to be well maintained.

Customer service skills were poor at the front desk. Gentleman, talked over me and made it about himself, explaining that what he was doing was first. I had just come in from a 5-hour drive and was looking forward to settling in to rest up before a scheduled business meeting. If it wasn't for this experience my rating would be "great' across the board.

Coffee at front desk

La estancia fue buena, costo y Ubicación, el unico detalle es que no quieren hacer limpieza de la habitacion, segun la una sra de limpieza solo un dia si y otro no. Le comentamos a recepcionista y dijo que iba pasar reporte y no fue asi. Tuve que comentarselo a otra Sra de limpieza y ella me ayudo a reportarlo con su jefay ya nos dijo que si, sin embargo creo no es necesario estar pidiendo un servicio que se paga y esta incluido.

Good stay BF seemed to shut down early (9:00 AM) But I was early so I got what I wanted.

Overall good, run down and toilets need to be replaced ans updates needed.

We waited about 25 minutes for the front desk person to show up.

Great customer service

We liked everything about the property except for our check-in. The clerk at the front desk did not seem to know what he was doing.

The front desk guy who reciveived us, very kind and helpful. What we didn’t like was we could heard the noises of the top of the other room and the schudule hour for breakfast.

Customer service at the front desk could have been friendlier. Customer service at front desk were rude, unfriendly, and seemed like they hate their job. Overall the room was clean and comfortable.
