Coffee maker was not working. Aircondition makes lot of noise

This property charges $300 deposit fee. The bathroom shower was unclean with yellow stains. Room temperature was poor. Staff was pleasant

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a business trip and had a very positive experience overall. The property was clean, well-maintained, and professionally managed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and eager to help throughout my stay. There was a small issue with my reservation, as two rooms had been booked instead of one. However, the front desk team handled the situation quickly and efficiently during check-in, resolving the matter without any hassle. It's always refreshing to see a team that focuses on customer service and problem-solving. Despite the booking mix-up, everything was handled professionally, and the rest of my stay was excellent. I would gladly stay here again and would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

Everything is great but the over charges for the breakfast and also there is a couple rules that that doesn’t feel the right by Hilton

The Staff at this Hotel are amazing! The entire property overall was immaculate. Our room was perfect. Highly recommend if you are in the Toronto airport area! Short drive to everything.
