A lovely clean hotel in a perfect location with wonderful friendly staff. If I had to be picky then the shower could do with an upgrade. I would stay here again.

Small bed, location was very good. No real complaints. Not expensive, so it was alright.

Toilet would not flush. Toilet seat wobbled. AC(?) caused door rattling noise. Cleaning staff noisy outside. Phone did not work but staff responded promptly thru website. Very small shower area. No elevator and had to go thru 6 flights of stairs. Staff helped with luggage. Motion sensors for light unpredictable and sometimes left me in total darkness while moving around.

The building is quite old, with beautiful architecture and some quality antique bedroom furniture. There is no lift, but no problem! I am not the fittest person and this was noticed so my suitcase was carried up to the room - by a very polite young man called Marco who should go far in the hospitality trade. A very quiet location, even though it is only a stone's throw from Via Maqueda, one of the busiest streets in Palermo's historic centre. All in all, a great find - well done Expedia.

Breakfast food Fresh. Clean Room. Air Condition not needed or used. Staff Nice & good. Like the location.
In the Old Town and walked to most everything about 6-7 miles a day. Not Luxury but would recommend it.

The staff were very accommodating and nice. The hotel is kept clean and they will give you anything that you ask for, as needed. (Just ask) A lot of construction going on in the area, it can make getting anywhere a little difficult, but you can navigate it with a little practice. Breakfast was good with a few choices that seem to follow Italian custom. It's charming inside and everyone is nice.

The hotel is basic but rooms are clean, bed comfortable and the staff generally helpful. The breakfast is very poor indeed and leaves a lot to be desired - but this is not a problem given the price. You cannot expect 5 star luxury for the price of a 2 star. Also the hotel does not have a lift so not suitable for anybody with mobility issues.

We were there a total of six days in late September. The breakfast menu was unchanging the entire time. Unexciting!
In keeping with hotel policy, we requested our room to be cleaned and the maid look ALL the dirty wet towels we had placed in the shower and rehung them on the towel holders!!!! We advised the front desk and it took some convincing to get him to get us clean towels.

Originally we were in room 303 which was very old and unkempt. We were moved after the second day to room 105 which was a big improvement. This property has no elevator so lots is stairs. Not for the physical challenged.

The best part was the help and friendliness of the front desk staff. In particular Guiseppe was extremely nice and courteous. He provided all the information and answered all my questions promptly. My only difficulty was that I could not get picked up in front of the hotel since the road was not available for all cars. The breakfast buffet was very well done. I would definitely go back again.

Almost impossible to drive here. You must go through 4 ‘mirrors in’ back streets - two of them wrong way on a one way street - AND across pedestrian zoned street. Then no elevator, dirty pillows, bad bed, terrible stale breakfast that we heard the front desk tell the breakfast person ‘we just put today’s croissant into a bag and put them out tomorrow’.

Our room had no mini fridge as said on site.. 'each room has a mini fridge'. The shower had mold in the corners and did not drain well. You are standing in dirty water by the time you are finished showering. The breakfast was very average. No elevator and noone offered to carry our luggage down the stairs when we were checcking out. A/C very weak. Holes in the walls, poorly maintained - shower head holder broken, towel hook holder falling out of the wall. Maid service only every 2 days. However it was a comfortable bed and spacious room. Complimentary breakfast snacks and coffee. Overall not the best but definitely not the worst. Average. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep in a good location, it works for your needs

It’s cheap. You pay for what you get. You get a bed, a shower, espresso in the morning, and close proximity to downtown. The AC is not great so it’s hot. Not the best night of sleep but it’s a place to put your head at night. Most importantly, it’s safe and the staff is incredibly nice. If you’re a 20-something, just trying to experience Palermo on a budget, this is a safe bet.
