Fine place. Very tidy and functional room. Everythings clean. Nice central location. Friendly people. Good breakfast. Solid WiFi. Very much recommended.

I had an amazing stay at this charming house hosted by Rob and Becky! The house is beautifully decorated and gives off such a warm and cozy vibe. One of the highlights was the breakfast – you get to choose from a menu, and everything I tried was absolutely delicious! Rob is full of energy and such an inspiring person – I loved hearing about how he marked off the entire Lake District on a personal map. It was seriously cool! Both he and Becky made me feel truly welcome, and their hospitality made my trip extra special. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area – I’d definitely stay again!

I came to Windermere with my husband for a birthday vacation. We stayed at The Ellerbrook House for two days, and the room was neat and perfect. It had everything that we needed. I was happy seeing that. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rob and Becky were warm and welcoming. They helped us suggesting places to visit and were very caring. If you ever plan to visit Windermere, don’t think twice, just go ahead and choose The Ellerbrook house❤️☺️

I had an amazing stay! The bed and sheets were very comfortable and the room was really clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and Becky and Rob were wonderful hosts. They made great suggestions when my tour was cancelled at the last minute and we’re very thoughtful and kind.

Staff very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was nice with a good choice. Room clean and comfortable. Shops not too far away.
