Amazing lady at reception when we first arrived, great family friendly room. Maybe having allocated parks would be great for rooms as when we got back to our room the car parks were all taken so had to park further away from our room. Upstairs tenants were noisy banging around a lot at midnight but that is no fault of the hotel. Our room had everything, was comfortable and warm with town in walking distance which was great to get a feel of Raglan (such a beautiful place). Would definitely recommend and book again without hesitation. Great price as well.

Temperature in the spa pool was a little high at 40 degrees - prefer ~36 degrees- but clean and accessible

Great stay for our family. Room spacious and sunny. Well appointed with facilities. Easy walk to town from motel. Parking easy. Nice and quiet location.

The staff were very friendly, and it was hassle free to check in. Room and bathroom are a very good size. We could hear through the walls (restless baby/tired parents) and other guests from their rooms, even when our doors and windows were closed.

Easy to walk in to Ragaln town and the sights around. Although we didn't use it, there was a great outdoor area with 2 bbqs to use for bigger gatherings.

We loved how close the property was to everything, literally a 2 min walk to the shops. The staff at reception were friendly znd welocking and helpful. We loved the motel courtyard that had plenty of seating/tables, ligjting and a bbq area.

It is really close to everything, so you can have an extra wine with dinner and not be worried because you are walking home. No heat pump, it was so hot when we were there the room was like a furnace when we got home in the late afternoon. The fan provided and opening the front and sliding doors fixed the problem.
