Everything is great. I really love their food. If you stay in this hotel, or are just visiting Hanoi, you have to try their food! For the receptionist, I think they can be nicer, more polite, and genuine in helping people. Overall, my stay was a nice experience there.

The receptionists were so polite and accommodating. The room was clean and well-accommodated. However, I found it a little bit annoying when the housekeepers talked and made a lot of noise in the corridor while it's still time of our stay.

Will never come back to this place again , the room is old , this hotel has a restaurant . I went to Hanoi for the first time, so I wanted to experience many dishes, so I oder outside. When the hotel staff saw that I had ordered the food, I asked for my room number. Finished tomorrow, I went out all day, at night, the heater was turned off, waited for 30 minutes but still not hot, I called the front desk and said it was turned off and waited for it to turn on, the result was that the water was still not hot for another 30 minutes. When I check out tomorrow morning, I asked the reason why the air conditioner was turned off, and I said that it should be turned off during the shift. One reason is too unreasonable, while the guest has not checked out, the phone is turned off. The reason is because I don't buy food there, so I hate customers. Such a poor service , and in general will not visit this place again

The owner is friendly and happy. I put superior 2 single beds and I got up to deluxe 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. My room is on the 5th floor, spacious. Breakfast available (1 option is pho). Not free drinking water. In the old town, convenient to travel. Good service. Price 2 hundred is too cheap
