Old hotel, dirty room between the cupboards and the bathroom smells of cockroaches, not 4 stars, only about 2.5 stars. Staff not friendly to Asian tourists. Only 1 elevator for guests to move around, along with housekeeping and trash.

Phòng ốc gọn gàng sạch sẽ, nhân viên dễ chịu, điểm trừ duy nhất là phòng tắm nước không được nóng.

Hotel is very old. Room are spacious depend which kind room you book. Front staffs are superb services. Overall is clean. However I still feel such old furniture ' s and woody thing worth such prices. Need to refurbish! There are many more new and modern room in Ho Chi Minh City.

Tôi có nghỉ ở đây 16-17/9 và 19-20/9. Phòng ốc sạch đẹp với mức giá của khách sạn khá ok. Sân vườn trên sân thượng đẹp, rất hợp cho các bạn thích chụp ảnh. Nhân viên thân thiện và hỗ trợ rất ok, tôi đến sớm nhưng vẫn được hỗ trợ nhận phòng với mức phí khá ok. Tuy nhiên lần nhận phòng lần 2 sau khi đi Mũi né về tôi cảm thấy không vui (có lẽ là nhân viên lễ tân khác lần 1 đón tiếp). Tôi có yc được trả phòng muộn thì lấy phí khá cao. Khi tôi đặt phòng khoảng 1tr/ ngày nhưng được yc chi trả 800k cho 4 tiếng trả muộn. Thật sự mức giá khá shock. Lần 1 vào tôi nghĩ sẽ quay lại đây lưu trú khi vào Sài Gòn nhưng với lần 2 như thế nào tôi nghĩ sẽ không quay lại nữa. Vẫn đánh giá 5 sao cho lần 1 ở đây nhưng sẽ là 1 sao cho lần đánh giá của đợt lưu trú thứ 2.

Great, clean and fragrant room

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Nằm ở vị trí rất thuận tiện đi lại và tham quan. Hồ bơi view rất đẹp, có thể ngắm nhìn khắp thành phố

Convenient location, clean & cosy, friendly staff, thanks a lot for the early morning good breakfast that ready just slightly after 6:30 that allowed us to had have about half & hour savouring & enough time catching our flight at 8:55am back to Sg.

Dehydrated room, although reported to the hotel but still not improved. The room was very noisy, it was impossible to sleep at noon. Enthusiastic staff

Do not have hot water. The room on the 5th floor has mosquitoes. 3 children in the morning were bitten by mosquitoes on their foreheads

Will definitely come back here next time
