The road leading to the car park is a bit round and the curve is a bit small. Everything is satisfactory. The hotel receptionist gave me a breakfast voucher, but because I didn't have time, I didn't have time to use the hotel's buffet breakfast service.

Strategic location, easy to get transportation, so many restaurants near the hotel, delicious breakfast, gym and swimming pool, I like to stay at Niko Hotel Saigon.

Very good. I always choose Nikko when I return to Saigon. The only thing is that when I checked in, there was enough mineral water. When I went out at night, I didn't see any mineral water (I haven't used a single bottle). Maybe when I went out, the staff went into the room to take it away, then I had to call the receptionist to bring the mineral water up.

I have stayed in Nikko many times with a price of more than 3 million / night. This time it was 4.2 million / night, I stayed 2 nights and also ate bf 2 times. A bit more expensive than usual but this time I was a bit annoyed because today I had a baby and I checked in late at night because the flight was delayed. I don't know if there was no one on duty at night or if everyone was busy with other guests so when I arrived there was no one. I was tired because I had to carry the baby for several hours and when I got to the hotel there was no one there. I had to carry the baby and also push the suitcase and bags, the taxi driver saw that and pushed it for me a bit, my friends saw me doing that but no one pushed it for me and just stood there watching. When I checked in, I was quite annoyed because I was tired, it was around 11pm. I asked the receptionist why there was no one outside, why no one pushed the luggage for me, I have a small baby, they didn't reply to me. It wasn't until I finished checking in that a friend came to ask and brought the luggage to the room. I don't know if it's because I don't look classy or what? The people who help me carry my things all tip 100-200k, I never forget this step. My husband checks in later, the people who bring my luggage up I still tip, when I leave I still tip, not just once. I used to think Nikko is the place I will stay every time I return to SG, because the staff serve very well, there is nothing to complain about. But after the other day I was quite upset, disappointed and will not stay at Nikko again.

Friendly staff, only can't book directly through walk in and need to use the other platform apps to book which is very troublesome as I'm already at the hotel.

Nikko has a great sauna, hot tub and outdoor pool. The room is clean and beautiful, the bath is hot enough, the bed is wide, the pillow is soft. Staff is polite enough

The staff are courteous and have a high level of professionalism. The rooms were spotless. The beds and pillows were great to melt into. Two fancy Japanese toilets definitely made the room feel special.
