Honestly, we were insulted from the moment we entered. I’ve never been treated so poorly where we paid so much money to get a room. We were stranded one night and decided to book at the last minute two rooms. After being grilled about the state of our relationship, which I understand is important if we were sharing a room, but our rooms were even on opposite sides of the hotel on different floors. But all the scrutiny from a hotel that we discovered also serves alcohol. This is rather hypocritical after making two people feel so awful about renting two rooms. Also, the attitude about the female paying for the rooms is insulting. The final straw was the complete inability to connect to any Internet. The signal was so poor I could not even send a message, let alone any photos or stream something. Honestly, I would never go back. I would rather pay a third of the price to receive much better service anywhere else.

Hotel itself is in a very good condition, rooms are very nice - thats the good part. The problem we had with the rooms was - the fact that air conditioning was not working! Of course we complained but they haven't done anything to solve that problem for us. So i can imagine it can get pretty hot in the summer!:) However the main problem is the quality of service and cleanliness! Specifically the cups in the rooms were dirty, cleaning ladies clean floor, garbage basket and bathroom sink with the same cloth!! Taxi service is very poor. We had to wait for 50 minutes for a taxi, because the porter had mistakenly given our taxi to the other guest. And therefore we were late for our appointment! No excuse, no apology... Of course, you can not expect the same level of service in Tiemcen hotel as in metropolitan cities or top tourist destinations, but still service should and can be improved. Overall i think this is the best hotel in the area, but definitely be prepared for compromises.

Stay away from this hotel - the place is falling apart and there are thieves among the staff! I had a large sum of money stolen from my room but the management refused to do anything about it. Terrible experience!

Service catastrophique je suis venu avec mes deux filles quand on passe une commande ils mettent une heure à la préparer un jour il y a des glaces un jour ça commence pas avant 15h30 pour pouvoir manger des les crêpes au bord de la piscine un jour y en a un jour y en a pas, et le jour il y en a, ça commence à partir de 18 heures le service est catastrophique

J’ai réservé pour mon père et ma mère qui sont âgée plus de 60ans et la ils demandent le livret de famille pour des personnes à leurs âge je trouve ça un manque de respect c’est pas du tout professionnel je comprend qu’il faut demander pour certains personnes mais pas au personnes qui sont presque à 70ans

L’un de mes pire séjour à ne surtout pas recommandé rien d’autre à ajouter.

Les guides mis à disposition pour la clientèle sont qualifiés, aimables, professionnels et toujours à disposition si besoin. Nous les recommandons. Seuls bémols au séjour sont les coupures électriques répétitives dans la chambre et le Bar où après 20 minutes d'attente le café & le thé commandé n'étaient pas toujours servis

Hotel magnifique et bien équipé. Personnel très serviable. Secteur tres sympa. Je recommande vivement.

Très bel hôtel. Parc et jardin superbe. Très bon accueil et gentillesse du personnel. Dommage concernant la lenteur de certain service (snaks et petits déjeuners) Il aurait été souhaitable d’informer la clientèle concernant le changement de salle du petit déjeuner déjeuner car aucune information
