The bed and pillows were very hard, I couldn't sleep well, the air conditioner was too cold, even at 30 degrees it was still cold, I caught a cold after waking up.

It was my first ever stay at Novotel Pratunam. I like the hotel ambience, the view, the food and of course it's so close to the shopping center like Platinum Mall, CentralWorld, Siam, and many more.

All the staff are very friendly, if I go to Bangkok I will definitely stay here again 😊

We got in around the busy check-in time in the afternoon and were greeted by a wonderful team of check-in people. They assured I got into the high floor rooms and that the room was just cleaned. Fantastic and effortless check-in until we checked out the very next day. Amazing experience. Would love to come back and stay longer there.
