The rooms are spacious, good position in the city center and can be walked from the KRL station. Coincidentally, I got a room with a river view, right on the edge of the river in the Tenjin area, which is a main tourist destination which is busy, especially at night. There are many typical angkringan vendors in Fukuoka City on the banks of this river which are very busy with domestic and foreign tourists.
