The air conditioning smells very bad and musty, which feels unhealthy, and it is very noisy. The pillows are very uncomfortable and hard. The only good things are the breakfast and the parking.

Rude staff. Had all my service animal docs on hand. I stayed at other higher end hotels no issues. And not am i denied but the clerk is an A holeS . 0/5 stars if i could

The employee of the front dest is very nice

No basic cleaning on hallways, elevators or rooms, had to request a room change as soon as I received my room, bed was dirty, bathroom had drain flies and hair in the sink. Beds are not the most comfortable.
