it's perfect location for if you visit Schonbrunn palace. A bit walk distance to subway but there is trams station front of the hotel. Only thing I was bit upset that cleaner took my extra key from my room and return it to front desk. but overall, staff was nice, clean, and spacious.

It is very poor that there is no room cleaning or service each day. It is great that beds are only changed every three days unless requested and towels only changed if left on floor. But to only come to the room every two days is unacceptable. This is not an AurBNB. If you check in shower and have a cup of coffee/tea then the next two days you cannot have a shower (only with a wet towel as no facility to dry the towel), and no coffee as you have used it and there is no replacement. J til the third day. I can only say stay for one night, beyond that there is no service. Very very poor and disappointing from a big brand hotel.

We were disappointed.Probally should have booked a deluxe room absolutely no view facing another structure We returned to the hotel the second night to find the room had not been cleaned or beds made When I inquired they said the rooms only made up every second day This opinion should be a decision made by the guest. Having had issues with other Hilton stays we probably will avoid booking a Hilton in the future Other

I was surprised there was not a restaurant for evening dining. I would’ve expected to be able to dine at the hotel in the evening. Otherwise my stay at this hotel was pleasant. The staff were very nice and helpful. Very close to Schonbrunn Palace and the tram.

This property is located only 5 minutes from the Schonbrunn Palace. You can catch the Hop on Off buses from Schonbrunn. Loved the property itself and the breakfast was good. Parking is located under the hotel.

Rooms great but the AC was still under winter time heating instead of cooling and was really hot. I complained and they just told me to open the window and I had to do it but was too noisy. Other wise breakfast is amazing and if you don’t mind to use transportation for about 30 min every time yo go to a place except palace that is just 3 blocks from the hotel.

Excellent choice for families as they have connecting rooms. The location is excellent if you are mainly interested in the schönbrunn castle, the castle park, castle maze and the zoo. Also there is the technical museum just beside the hotel. The hotel clean your only one day after another but it is not an issue. The staff are very helpful, special thanks fo Ali. The hotel also offer complimentary delicious cookies. Also there is a small supermarket in the lobby. Small point for improvement: i wish they had pillows menu, we felt the pillows were too soft and low and when putting too above each others they are very high and not comfy. I don't usually face this issue at hotels. The instant coffee at the rooms was really good

Quite mediocre obviously trying to squeeze out value everywhere. Not worth it. Also breakfast too expensive for what it is.

I was satisfied overall. Only parking was an issue costing a lot for 3 days

We loved our stay at the Doubletree. Spacious rooms, with easy access to Schonbrunn palace, and accommodating staff. For kids in particular - plenty of room to keep strollers in the room, great infant bed, and a bathtub the littles can use. We would gladly stay again with our family of four.

We got greeted by the reception and asked if we would like our welcome cookie. Where was directed to the room and on entering the room it was lovely clean tidy and to a high standard . In our room we had a safe and a fridge no coffee machine but a tea and coffee tray. The rooms get cleaned every two days which is fine with us. The bar meals is a limited menu. Was impressed with the A/C in the rooms. The transport links just outside the hotel are frequent and accessible. Would highly recommend this hotel to any couple.

The hotel was a very nice place to stay at, the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Also the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot to offer. The location was decent to and walking distance was handy. I definitely recommend it

Excellent staff. Lovely room. Great location about 15-20 min from central Vienna, very close to Schonbrunn palace, but far enough out for a quiet stay.

Wonderful Hotel next to Schloss Schönnbrunn. The rooms very quiet and spacious.

Close to Schönbrunn Palace and a metro station. Spacious suites, nice property.

The housekeeping was terrible . The main resturnat was closed .

The staff were great and we had an upgrade as we had mistakenly booked an accessible room and turned up very early.
