Nice room except the bed very too smoot and the shooter not so clean.

The facilities are old and in need of an update. There is a bad WiFi connection as well

Great Customer The room was clean

Front desk staff was very kind when I can in frazzled and stressed. Appreciate the parking and dining services. Room was clean and comfortable. Good location.

We were not able to eat, have drinks nor even coffe, as the restaurant/bar was closed on the weekend. There were no places to have breakfast that were open within four blocks on the weekend.

Good value with a pleasant room with all the amenities you need. Good breakfast with varied spread. Free parking five minutes walk away over the river but was tricky to find a space or paid parking very close to the hotel

Nice room and pacefull place.

Room not ready on arrival (1600hrs). Charged an extra 12.5€ for parking. Restaurant out of service- refurbishment of kitchen- no food available. No alternative offered. No price reduction. Hotel overall OK. I do not know Huesca but would recommend searching around for better value and services. City itself quite vibrant, plenty of bars and restaurants.

Only stayed one night - pleasant enough hotel near to the attractions, bars, restaurants etc. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Steep parking charges but free wifi and reasonable priced restaurant.

Hotel is located in the historic town centre which is now totaly pedestrian. Sat nav was useless in this case. It took us an hour and directions from locals to search for the right aproach to the hotel and it's parking. Eventually police came and escorted us through the tiny alleyways towards the hotel. We could have never found the way ourselves. We had 2 double rooms, but only one of them had an electric kettle, no tea/coffee, just a kettle. One of the rooms had internet connection, the other one did not catch any wifi. There was big flat acreen TV but it did not work at all. The member of staff eventually came and made it work, only to be controlled manualy, the remote did not work! That kept us "occupied" trying to fiddle with the equipment which was in such poor working order. I found the cleanliness of my room substandard. Especially the bathroom, it was not dusted, i could see bits and pieces swept into the corners of the floor, shower enclosure had brown debris in all sides and corners. The room was not dusted, dust everythere, they should really check after their cleaning staff. It is a shame as poor cleanliness instantly marks the place down. They have modern multifunction showers which is a bonus for a hotel but why cant they keep them up to standard cleanliness. In the morning i thought the housekeeping staff were very noisy and disruptive, they kept opening our room door and saying Spanish words. It was way before the check out time.
