The room was super clean , easy access for going around , the onsen was great , honestly its great value

Easy and fast checkin

Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was average. Small room, bed was pretty comfy. We didn’t use the artificial onsen. Overall it was satisfactory, but nothing special about this place.

Simple property we needed to stay during a snow storm the were very accommodating, sweet and helpful.

Staff were amazing but beds were hard. Hotel was not walking distance to train station.

it’s accessible location there’s convenience store near the hotel, staff is friendly. room is old but clean only disappointing is the bed and the pillow is uncomfortable.

Hotel Route-Inn Nakano did the job well, which was to provide us a place to stay for the night. Room was clean and non-smoking, as per request. Breakfast was fulfilling and extensive, staff was friendly and helpful. Location isn't special, you need a car to get around. Beds, pillows and mattresses were quite stiff as usually in Japan. Bathroom was small. WiFi connection was good and overall no complaints. If I were in the area again, I would stay again.

Amazing area especially in winter. Close to the famous Snow Monkeys. Room was cramped for 2 people. Kept hitting my head tryingto go to the toilet. Free parking was an absolutelife saver. Wouldonly stay if on a tight budget.

Conveniently located at interchange with ample parking. We ate dinner upon arrival and was pleasantly surprised and the traditional breakfast buffet filled us us although not really sure what items were what! Lots of hiking, onsens and the cute little town of Obuse in the area. We stayed in the east annex

長野マラソンに参加のため滞在しました。 その旨を伝えると、スタートは朝早いため朝食会場での食事ができないので、おにぎりとプロテインを用意してくれました。 その心遣いがありがたかったです。 基本的に問題点はなかったのですが、あえてあげるなら2つ。 1つ目は客室に向かう途中のところに喫煙スペースがあり、嫌煙家の自分は必ずその前を通らないといけないのが苦手でした。 2つ目はサウナが欲しかったです。

Wi-Fiの説明が不明確 部屋にある館内情報がわかりづらい

長野マラソン参加に際し、前泊しました。翌朝の朝食がいただけない時間にホテルを出発する必要があったため、軽食を用意していただきました。そのような配慮いただきありがとうございました。

また利用したいです。
