A very comfortable hotel. The front desk manager was very helpful when my son left his phone in a taxi. It was a pleasure staying here.

The hotel is a great location, many places to eat and to the Casino area such as Galaxy and Venetian nearby. the rooms are also comfortable and clean.

The hotel is old fashion and location is too far from famous hotels in Macau but near to any restaurants and circle K. the bed is to hard for us. they have a shuttle bus to Macau ferry station and airport but they didn't transfer to the another casino. the service is good. quick check in. the lobby in 21st floor. it's nice for me.
