There was no coffee in the room. When we asked for some, the young man at the desk said he did not have the key to the cupboard that held the coffee. He said the person would come in 1 hour and then he could get it for us. The person never came and we kept checking over the evening. There is strangely no place for 2 people to sit in the Luca suite. There is 1 chair in kitchen but no table to eat at. There is 1 chair on the balcony. There is no couch. To eat, we had to sit on the bed. When we were leaving the elevator was broken. We had to carry our suitcases down the stairs and the young man at the desk never said “sorry the elevator is broken; thank you for staying with us; how was your stay?”. Nothing. Very poor customer service.

Nice hotel, good location close to harbour

Excellent budget hotel close to the harbor and the major road. We had a room facing the back and was quiet.

I cannot give more than 3/5 for a hotel that has an absolutely firm check in time of 4:30. That’s just obnoxious to make people wait that long.

Very well located for walking to the citadel and especially if you have a car - free on site parking and easy access. Modern, spacious room and terrace. Weird shower arrangement inside high tub, but no hook to hold shower. Breakfast 14 Euro - easy to eat in town or shop at Spar nearby. Bonifacio is understandably full of tourists and you can appreciate that the hotel staff might be weary of us, but none of them were welcoming.

had to stay in town to catch the ferry early the next morning. The town itself is stupendous (wish we had arrived earlier to see more of it) and the hotel had us "over a barrel" since there aren't many in the area and so the room fee reflects the monopoly. Certainly not worth the high price we paid except for its location. Passable 2 star hotel.

Advised no parking on street by staff and hotel and we would have to pay to use their carpark but when we asked you can park anywhere

Great hotel in Bonifacio. Easy to walk to the port, restaurants, and the citadel. Comfortable rooms and parking in site. Some rooms at the front with balconies. A nice place to stay.
